Practising with your partner increases intimacy and connection between partners, sexuality and creativity. It opens the heart centre and harmonises the relationships. Tantric yoga can be practised with a friend and in this case, you will be in contact with divine male or divine female energy and harmonise your own sexuality, spirituality and increase your ponential.
