Booking Policy

Group Classes

Once booked classes are non refundable and can't be rolled over to another date. However you can send someone else instead if you wish.

One to One Session

No changes can be applied to your booking in less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not show up, the amount paid will not be refunded. Lessons will not be extended for late arrivals.

Self Care

Please note, the studio or teachers will not be responsible for any injuries or other possible damage occured during or after the session. Please know your limitations and only perform the exercises you are comfortable with. Its completely acceptable to skip, simplify or simply cut holding times during the class. If you have injuries and would like the teacher to account for it, please advise prior to the session. Even with this approach, the teacher is not a medical doctor and you are therefore still responsible for your own wellbeing.

Same applies for the Sound Bath, please do not attend with hearing conditions otherwise this will be at your own risk.

Payment Methods

Online only

Cash is accepted on exceptional circumstances but has to paid at least 24 hours in advance of the session. Also, your place cannot be reserved until paid.

  • Is there parking nearby?
    The closest car park is Wycombe Swan, followed by Easton Street Car park. Both are just a few minute's walk away. There is some on-street parking available at Easton Street with free options on Sundays and after 6 pm as well as High Street. There is also a free parking island in the middle of the road which was made available to the general public at the moment. It is located just in front of the studio and fits about 10 cars. There is however no guarantee it will have a free space when you arrive. Please look carefully for parking signs and make your own judgment when parked.
  • Can I buy a Crystal Bowl?
    Yes, please enquire within or via the contact page.
  • Can I arrive to the class early?
    Some of our classes are scheduled back to back and require teacher setting up time. We do not have reception or a receptionist in order for you to wait for the class inside. So, if you arrive early please wait outside. Teacher will open the door and let everyone in 5 min before the class.
  • Do I need to bring my own mat to the class?
    No, we have all the equipment but feel free to bring it if you prefer to use your own.
  • Do I need to have the experience to attend yoga class ?
    No, all our classes are suitable for complete beginners and alternatives are given to any advanced postures
  • What is the cancellation policy for one to one ?
    Cancellations can only be made 24 hours prior to the appointment, after that it's not refundable.
  • Can I arrive late for my one to one session?
    Yes, but it still has to finish as per the original time slot.
  • What should I wear?
    For Kundalini Yoga class it is recommended to wear white clothes from natural material but its completely up to you. Any Sporty clothes are acceptable. For Sound Bath you can wear anything but comfortable clothes are preffered.
  • I bought a block of classes. What happens if I miss a class?
    Missed classes can not be transferred or refunded. So, please consider carefully whether you like to buy a block or attend as drop-in. We endeavor to have Zoom recordings for Kundalini Classes and will send you one if available. It can be watched any time within a month.
  • What is an FAQ section?
