Session includes: *Initial Consultation & discussion about contributor factors to Aging and how Face Yoga can help you* *Going through Danielle Face Yoga method: 10 min Upper and 10 min Lower Face Workout* *We will be practicing with mirror and I will make sure you are preforming sequence correctly* *Tailored Massage, Acupressure points, Neck and Shoulders applicable to your target zones* *After the session you will be able to practice at home with confidence* Zoom session or in person
