Joining together in a circle, we'll savor a delightful cup of ceremonial cacao. Engaging in a guided meditation while enjoying the cacao can be a beautiful way to connect with your heart, allowing the gentle guidance of this ceremonial drink to lead you through transformative shifts in consciousness. 7:30 Ecstatic dance begins. We'll provide some guidance to help you ease into the experience with warm-up moves and stretches. Once you're warmed up, let loose on the dance floor. Celebrate life and let the music flow within you.
