Cacao has many amazing, life-affirming qualities that support health and psychological well-being because it naturally produces serotonin, dopamine and anandamide, the bliss molecules that make us feel high. It increases the blood flow to the brain, creating more mental agility, awareness and focus, and opens our hearts so we feel more loving and peaceful. Ceremony starts with welcome talk, group meditation to energise the Cacao, setting intentions and mindfully enjoying the drink. Kundalini Yoga amplify the benefits of the ceremonial cacao and combined with Gong Therapy is very powerful to let go of all the conditionings of the Mind, to connect to your True Essence and create transformation. We start the session with extatic dance to warm up. EACH TIME WE EXPLORE YOGA SETS (KRIYAS) ON DIFFERENT TOPICS (ABUNDANCE, INTENTIONS, TANTRA, LOVE, HEALING, STRESS RELEASE, TRUE PATH) Kriya is accompanied by playing rare Alchemy Singing Bowls, Hand Pan and live mantra singing. Gong Bath accompanied by ocean drums and other sound healing tools creates profound transformation. It alignes the physical body and cleanses our energetic field with powerful sound vibrations. It allows to plant our intentions set at the Cacao ceremony into the subconsioud mind and therefore manifest more easily. Workshops are held once a month at reZen and once a month in PINNER (HA5 5PJ)
